Declutter Bedroom & Closet

When clutter overtakes the bedroom closet it tends to overflow into our bedroom space.  Our sanctuary has turned  into a horrible clutter nightmare.

Decision made to get rid of clutter in this room.  First thing to do is rid the bed of any clutter and make it up beautiful ly.  With that done you see an immediate result, you’ve taken your first step to taking back your sanctuary and are ready to conquer the closet clutter.

To get rid of the clutter in the closet, start by removing everything in it, leave yourself with a blank canvas.  Separate all  the clutter you’ve removed into categories, i.e.; clothes, shoes, purses, etc.  Once these categories are established you can now begin sorting through the closet clutter.  Remember the 4 categories are; Keep Trash, Donate and Sell.

When it comes to getting rid of closet clutter, clothing, shoes and purses, ask yourself a couple of simple questions.  First, have I worn or used this is in past year?  Second, why haven’t I worn or used this?  If you haven’t worn or used it in the passed year, it definitely is closet clutter and you no longer need it and it’s time to  rid yourself of it. 

Now that you got rid of the clutter, you now have an idea of how much stuff must be put back into the closet.  Closet organizers are great tools to keep your closet organized.  Closet organizers keep things at reach, visible and easy to find.
